Correspondence is welcome, and it is read by a person rather than a system.

Where to write

Email editor@footballkeeps.com. We aim to reply within a few working days, though a detailed question about an entry may take longer if it requires checking.

What we can help with

• Corrections — if something in an entry is inaccurate or out of date, tell us what and why, and we will amend it.
• Suggestions for properties that fit one of the four collections.
• Questions about how the index is compiled or how a category is defined.
• Permissions and press enquiries regarding the text on this site.

What we cannot help with

We do not take reservations, hold rooms, quote rates, process cancellations or pass messages to hotels. We have no commercial relationship with any property listed here and no access to their systems. For anything to do with an actual stay, please contact the hotel directly.
